YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy & care.
What you share
When you contact us, we receive the details you enter so a facilitator can respond. Member accounts use your name and email address. Circle check-ins record your attendance response and any optional notes you choose to share.
Who can see it
Your check-in name, response and shared note can be seen by people with that circle’s private link. A private message is available to you and the recipients you select. Authorized organizers have access to member and administration records needed for their roles. Please leave sensitive personal details for a conversation with a facilitator.
Payments and email
Stripe processes card payments and manages recurring billing. We keep payment references, amounts and status; the site does not store full card numbers. Sign-in links and Brotherhood payment confirmations are delivered through Resend. Cloudflare hosts the website and its database. These providers process the information needed to provide their services.
When you request circle invitations, MailerLite receives the name, email address and circle preference needed to deliver them. Changing your email preference does not affect your membership or which circles you can attend.
Some website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Asking for a sign-in link or making a payment does not subscribe you to a promotional mailing list. Circle invitations and promotional updates are separate from account and payment messages.
Your account
The site uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. You can sign out on a shared device. Keep private circle links and sign-in links out of public posts.
For questions about your information, corrections or a deletion request, email info@unnamedbrotherhood.com. An organizer will review your request, including any records needed for payment or account administration.
